Back to Basics FULL TWO WEEKS

Week 1: Aug 24 - 28 from 9 - 12pm at MNP
Week 2: Aug 31 - Sep 3 from 4 - 6:30pm at MNP

Back to Basics is open to existing Calgary Aquabelles athletes at the Provincial and National Streams and swimmers who have submitted an Expression of Interest to join our club.
This is an opportunity for athletes to get back into shape prior to the start of the competitive season.
The camp focuses on building cardiovascular capacity, flexibility and foundational artistic swimming skills (figures and routine skills).
Special guest appearances by alumni athletes!
Please pack a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, and snack.
